She completed her internship in the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District, working at hospitals including Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Milton-Ulladulla. Erin prefers a collaborative approach to decision making with people, helping them to achieve their immediate goals while encouraging strategies to optimise their long-term health outcomes.
